We always aim to show our customers authentic photos of the cars, but given the dynamic nature of our business, this is not always possible.

Thanks to our partnerships with highly reliable carriers, we can ship your car and documents directly to your house.

7 - What is included in the selling price?

All the offered prices are ex works and include PDI

8 - What is PDI?

PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) is the last check completed before the sale of the vehicle. Whether it is brand new or used, somewhere in the fine print with the dealership mentions the PDI.


Do you require a deposit for each purchase?

Yes, we require a deposit for each purchase, this varies according to the type of car and according to the configuration, usually, it is 30%. The sales representative will discuss this with you and it will be agreed upon before making the contract.

I signed the contract, but I don't want to buy the car anymore. What should I do?

The signed sales orders are binding, therefore, once the contract is signed, you will be obliged to take the car. If, for various reasons, this is not possible, know that you will lose the deposit paid.

How will I receive the documents?

Modena Motors GmbH always sends the documents by courier. Documents are usually delivered within 24/48 hours. You will receive an email with the tracking information once the shipment has been booked.


How can I pay for the car?

Bank transfer

You will be notified of our IBAN in the name of Modena Motors GmbH, on which you can send money in a safe and tracked way.

Payment with Cryptocurrencies

We accept payment via cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin, Litecoin, Momo Coin. You can choose this method when ordering the car, and the price in euros will be converted with the current exchange rate and an 8% surcharge.

What are your terms of payment?

In the case of cars to be ordered, at the time of the order, we ask for a deposit of 30%.

When the car arrives you can come to our office and check that everything is compliant, settle the balance, and you can return driving your new car, on request we can provide temporary number plates.

In case you receive the car directly at your address, we will take care of everything, we will organize the transport to your door throughout Europe, if you live outside the EU the transport will take place by ship or air to the port or airport indicated by you.

We will take care of all the necessary documents, both customs and those concerning the car


Which transport company do you use to deliver the car?

We rely on a reliable network of German transport companies.

When will I receive the car?

Once the transport has been booked, you will receive an email with the planned loading date. If the loading date is postponed, we will inform you about it.

Can I collect the car myself?

Of course! You can collect the car in person at our office. If you are interested in this option, talk to your sales representative.


How long is the warranty on the car I purchased?

It varies depending on the make and model of the car. Usually they have a minimum of 2 years or 100,000km, but often our cars have included the warranty extension to 4 or 5 years, and up to 120,000 km.

To be sure about the terms and conditions of the warranties, please ask our sales representative. The warranties are valid worldwide.

What happens if at the arrival of car it is different from the one I ordered?

This is practically impossible, the order is checked several times, and our team also checks every single option before collecting the car from the supplier. If this happens, the customer is free to withdraw from the contract, or he can decide to buy it, in this case, he will have an additional discount.
